Class is beginner-friendly and many modifications are offered. Break through mental obstacles as you strengthen both the body and the mind.

Chairs and props are provided for this gentle yoga class to keep everyone safe and supported — no mats required. Practice is done both seated and standing. With a chair (or two) and other props for support, this class challenges the body and mind through strengthening, stretching, relaxing, and breathing. Flexibility and muscle tone will continually improve as your mind, body, and spirit work together in harmony. This class is for those who have issue getting up and down off the floor and prefer a chair as their main seat. Caregivers are welcome to join in as well!
Restorative Yoga is a very calming practice that helps us slow down and rejuvenate. Props such as bolsters and blankets are used to completely support the body in gentle poses that are held for up to 10 minutes. Restorative Yoga releases excess tension in the muscles to allow for full relaxation of the body and mind. This class is perfect for illness/injury recovery, beginners, and anyone who needs extra TLC.
This class is breath-nourishing, low to the ground and fluid. It is a led myofascial unwinding, available to every age, body, and stage of movement practice. Expect a combination of sustained and dynamic poses with intentional breaths and transitions.
