Don’t let the word “beginner” fool you. While this class is designed mainly for beginners, anyone at any level is welcome to attend. If you’ve been out of practice for a few months, this class is a great place to start again to help your body get back into the movements of yoga. “Vinyasa” is translated as “arranging things in a special way”, which can be translated as participating in a class that has a flow of both breathing and movements. When combined together, timing your breaths with transitions into movements is grounding, calming, and relaxing.
