Brenna Alexander

Brenna brings an energetic and holistic approach to her teaching. She began practicing yoga over 10 years ago and has been teaching yoga since 2012. Throughout her years, she has expanded her wellness offerings to include Reiki energy work and barre fitness.

Her teachings focus on Vinyasa, Vinyasa power, and restorative (yin and Hatha) styles of yoga. She works with her clients to focus on the physical challenge, mind body awareness, and spiritual centering that the practice allows.

She pursued her yoga certification so that she could share her passion for yoga with others. She has instructed all levels of yoga from beginner through advanced, working with both men and women to guide students in their own practice. She works with clients to meet them where they are.

Yoga is truly her passion and her retreat.
