Kundalini with Willow is back! Every Wednesday 5:15-6:30pm, starting 6/5/19
Through Kundalini kriyas and deep meditations, we find our depth and look within for our security, identity, and strength. Using poses, breathing techniques and meditation, the practice of Kundalini Yoga helps harmonize body and mind, and helps strengthen the nervous system. This enables us to harness the energy of the mind and the emotions, so we are not controlled by our thoughts and feelings, but rather we can respond gracefully with deeper awareness to all that life offers. Appropriate for all levels of students.
Candlelight Flow + Yoga Nidra – Every Sunday 3:00-4:15pm

We are so happy to announce that EVERY Sunday, we will offer Yoga Nidra with our Candlelight Flow 3:00-4:15pm. You can expect 40-45 minutes of relaxing candlelight flow, immediately followed by 30-35 minutes of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) – guided meditation and deep relaxation.
This is truly an incredible way to close the weekend! See you Sunday! And don’t forget to bring your pillow and blanket.
