Collective Yoga is Open Monday 6/8/20

Hi Collective Yogis!

First, I’d like to say thank you to everyone who has supported us during these past few months. Please know that we wouldn’t be here without you and we are grateful beyond words.

We have an updated schedule and class size is 6 maximum.  You must sign up on MINDBODY, or you can call the studio to make your reservation. Upon arriving at the studio, you will be required to sign our COVID-19 waiver.  We have wipes and hand sanitizer and will disinfect all surfaces between all classes. You also must bring your own mat and props during this time. Studio mats, props, blankets, and towels are not available for use during this time.  Masks are only required in the common area in front. However you are free to wear your masks while you practice if you wish (not required). We will also continue to stream at least one class a day for Facebook Live private members group. Members, you can always go back and practice any prerecorded class whenever you want.

Tuesday:  *10-11am – Flowing Fitness  *12-1pm – Gentle   *4-5pm Slow Flow  *5:30-6:30pm – Hatha

Wednesday:  *12-1pm – Hatha  *2-3pm – Chair Yoga  *5:30-6:30pm – Mind, Body, Spirit

Thursday:  *10-11am – Hatha  *12-1pm – Gentle  *7-8pm – Slow Flow

Friday:  *9:30-10:30am – Multi-Style Yoga  *12-1pm – Relax Flow  *5:30-6:30pm – Yin Relax

Saturday:  *9:30-10:30am – All Level Flow  *11am-12pm – Hatha

Sunday: *10:30-11:30am – Restorative Yoga  *3-4pm – Candlelight + Yoga Nidra

Opened in October 2016, Collective Yoga is located close to the Virginia Beach Town Center on Virginia Beach Blvd in the Hudgins Building Shopping Center. Our studio is a place where EVERY individual is welcome, because we truly believe that yoga is for EVERY BODY. Find joy, ease, and freedom in your movement.  Release tension and stress from your body and mind and experience what it’s like to feel amazing inside and out. With over 20 classes on our schedule, we offer multiple styles of yoga with a diverse array of teachers. Each class is an excellent opportunity to move your body, clear your mind, and connect deeply with your breath.
